The Miami Marlins are the only team in Major League Baseball to be in the playoff hunt all season.
The Atlanta Braves are also in the hunt, and they have only a couple games left to play before the postseason begins.

They have a combined 4.7% chance to make the playoffs.
The Marlins have lost a lot of games this season.
Their last four losses came in a row, and the only time they lost consecutive games was the 2011 National League Championship Series when they lost five games in a span of two days.
This season, the Marlins have only lost one game, a 7-2 loss at the Cincinnati Reds on June 27.

They’ve lost six straight to the Marlins.
The Diamondbacks are on the verge of making their first postseason appearance since 2012.
The team has played all three of their games against the Marlins and the team has a 5.8% chance at making the postseason.
The Padres have a chance to win their second consecutive division title.
They are in second place with a 6.5% chance, but they have lost six of their past eight games.
The Padres have also lost five straight to teams in the postseason, which includes the Cubs, Cardinals, Twins and Phillies.
The San Diego Padres are currently 4.5 games out of a wild-card spot.
The San Diego Chargers are currently 2-5.
They will play in Arizona on Friday and are 1-4.
The Chargers have won four straight and have been eliminated from the playoffs the past two seasons.
They’re currently 7.5 percentage points behind the Los Padres for the wild card.
The Seattle Mariners are in first place with the best record in baseball at 13-7.
They were the defending AL Champion last year and were swept by the Arizona Cardinals in the World Series.
They now have the best road record in all of baseball at 9-6, which is a perfect 3.5 game lead over the Miami Marlins for the third wild card spot.
The Mariners also have a 2.6% chance for making the wild-cards.
The Los Angeles Angels are currently 11-6.
They beat the New York Mets in the first round of the playoffs last year, and have won nine straight.
They haven’t lost a game in Arizona since 2011.
They’ll play the New Orleans Saints on Friday night.
The Saints are currently 9.5 points out of the playoff spot and have only won three games in their past 11.
The Cleveland Indians are currently 5-7, but their record against righties is .845.

The Washington Nationals are currently 7-8, but have played all five of its games against lefty pitchers this season, giving up seven runs in six innings against left handed hitters.
