A new poll from the University of Michigan finds that more Republicans are choosing to vote blue than red this fall.
The Michigan poll found that 42 percent of Republicans said they would be more likely to vote for a candidate who is not in their party.
Just 22 percent of Democrats said they’d be more inclined to vote that way.
That’s a dramatic shift from the last time Michigan did a survey about the state’s Republican Party.
In November, a Quinnipiac University poll found 41 percent of the GOP faithful were more likely than Democrats to vote to back someone other than Donald Trump.
